01
Purpose and shared responsibility
Ktivra is a technology platform connecting verified workers with employers. It does not control sites, employ or supervise workers, perform risk assessments, or replace a safety professional or emergency service. Verification and platform tools reduce risk but cannot guarantee safety or legal compliance.
02
Employer and site responsibilities
Employers remain responsible for lawful employment, insurance, work-eligibility checks, supervision, and health and safety. Before work starts, assess site risks, confirm skills and eligibility, provide induction, competent supervision, safe systems, permits, protective equipment, emergency arrangements, safe access, welfare facilities, and accurate hazard information.
03
Worker responsibilities
Workers must provide accurate documents, work only within their competence, follow lawful site rules, complete induction, use required protective equipment, and report unsafe conditions, defects, injuries, threats, and near misses. Stop work and move to safety where serious and imminent danger exists.
04
Zero-tolerance conduct
Ktivra does not tolerate fraud, violence, threats, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, exploitation, trafficking, deliberate safety breaches, forgery, identity misuse, or knowingly endangering another person. A report does not assume guilt, but urgent temporary restrictions may be applied while facts are assessed.
05
Reporting unsafe behaviour
Use the relevant booking, chat, or support channel as soon as it is safe. Include the booking, location, time, people involved, events, immediate risks, and lawful evidence. Do not endanger yourself to collect evidence. Reports may also be sent to support@ktivra.com.
06
Emergency reporting procedure
Move away from immediate danger. For danger to life, serious injury, fire, violence, or a crime in progress, call Cyprus/EU emergency services on 112. Notify the site supervisor where safe, then report through Ktivra. Do not return until the responsible employer or authority confirms it is safe.
07
Ktivra response and suspension
Ktivra may request information, preserve records, warn users, restrict contact or bookings, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer matters to emergency services, regulators, insurers, or law enforcement. Responses consider urgency, evidence, severity, recurrence, cooperation, and risk.
08
Incidents, insurance, and investigations
Employers must complete legally required workplace investigations and reports. Platform reporting does not replace notice to employers, insurers, police, labour authorities, or safety authorities. Ktivra does not provide workers’ compensation or liability insurance unless expressly stated in writing.
