01

Agreement and platform role

By creating an account or using Ktivra, you agree to these Terms. Ktivra is a technology platform introducing construction workers to employers and contractors. It is not the employer, insurer, payroll provider, site controller, or party to an engagement.

02

Accounts and verification

Users must provide accurate current information, protect credentials, and promptly update changes. Impersonation, misleading duplicate accounts, and unauthorized sharing are prohibited. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee identity, skill, conduct, quality, legality, or safety.

03

Worker responsibilities

Workers must provide genuine documents, claim only qualifications and experience they hold, keep availability current, attend confirmed work punctually, follow lawful site and safety procedures, report unsafe or prohibited conduct, and comply with tax, immigration, licensing, and insurance duties.

04

Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide accurate job, rate, location, hours, skill and safety details; make final eligibility checks; provide lawful contracts, wages, insurance, supervision, induction, equipment and a safe workplace; comply with applicable law; and use worker data only for hiring.

05

Requests and booking process

Employers submit standard or emergency requests. Eligible workers may accept or decline, but acceptance does not guarantee booking. Before confirmation, communication must remain in secure in-app chat. Contact details are revealed only after confirmation. Users must check details and use status tools accurately.

06

Cancellations, no-shows, and payment

Cancellation policies and any fees must be shown before cancellation is finalized. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect reliability and account access. Employers remain responsible for lawful, timely payment unless Ktivra expressly offers a payment service.

07

Ratings and reviews

Reviews must concern a genuine engagement and be honest, relevant, and free from unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, confidential, or misleading content. Ktivra may moderate or remove violations. Users may report reviews and provide evidence.

08

Prohibited conduct and fraud prevention

Users must not submit false documents, evade verification, commit fraud, manipulate bookings or ratings, misuse accounts, threaten, harass, discriminate, exploit or endanger others, use Ktivra for unlawful work, collect data without authorization, probe security, introduce malware, scrape, or disrupt the service.

09

Suspension and termination

Ktivra may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to investigate fraud, abuse, false information, forgery, safety risks, legal requests, non-payment, repeated cancellation, or breach. Urgent restrictions may occur without notice where delay creates risk.

10

Intellectual property

Ktivra and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, design, branding, databases, and original content. Users retain their content and grant Ktivra a limited licence to process it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and comply with law.

11

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ktivra does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a match, performance, payment, eligibility, document authenticity, site safety, or user-content accuracy. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law, without excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Contact support@ktivra.com first for good-faith informal resolution. Unresolved disputes fall within Cyprus courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

13

Changes and contact

Material updates will be communicated where appropriate. Contact support@ktivra.com with questions about these Terms.
